Games and discounts for PS3?

I went to college, but I want to play: D I decided that I would take PS3, because now it's more profitable than buying another computer for 30K and playing the same games, but with better graphics. The problem is that the price of PS3 games is much higher than games for the computer (the difference is about 1000r)
Is there any store for ps3 where discounts are held, like in steam? Or how does the console community "live" in general?

There are always some promotions in the PlayStation Store, you can buy any game very profitably. There is also a subscription - PlayStation Plus, with which you can play many good games for free, and buy some at a discount.

You can look at discounts at psprices.com - they are all there, even those that are not announced :)
