Game torrent trackers and Roskomnadzor?

Greetings Toaster Members!

I have been using this site (torrent-igruha.org) for downloading games for more than a year now, and it seems that the RKN should have already reacted in such a long time, but there is no domain more alive than all living ones. Please explain the possible reasons for this.
I ask, not in fairness, but there is a gaming review site, is it worth including links to torrent files for downloading, without the risk of blocking a domain on the territory of the Russian Federation? Of course, there is a risk, and it is not known what will happen tomorrow, but what is the current situation in this regard?

Torrents are not banned, which means there are no problems

You do not have the right to include links to pirated resources
If the domain is not blocked, then in theory you can
But I would give a link to the off site of the game, since installing the version with a “crack” is already covered by piracy

You lumped it all together: the BitTorrent tracker and the BitTorrent directory . The website you provided is a directory. Directories are not allowed. Be sure to make a request form for copyright holders.
