Gallery manager in admin?

Good day! I need to put some kind of extension in my admin panel so that I can conveniently and beautifully upload pictures, set the necessary attributes for them, etc. I found this - but sorry, I can't figure out how to use it: 1) due to reasons beyond my control, I don't have a composer, and I don't know how to install it (but this is a small part of the trouble) 2) There is a Usage item, But I still don't understand how to use it. Maybe someone has a simple example of using this particular extension, well, or skinte, please, a similar one where the dock is more detailed. Thank you!

Opens Adobe Illustrator and either draws or translates from PNG in it in any way a map so that each area is on a separate layer (this is important).
Each area will have its own id, all you have to do is attach events to each id so that the area is highlighted when hovering and clicking, i.e. just like with a regular DIV.

1. Generate SVG with desired outlines. I would not bother with the illustrator and outline the desired areas using this service: www.cssplant.com/clip-path-generator. Attach a common class and a unique data attribute to each polygon area for identification (for example, specify the id of the corresponding inscription).
2. Make labels and position them absolutely relative to the map. We hide them by default.
3. Attach a hover event handler to the class of polygon areas: read the area identifier, show the corresponding caption, and change the fill and outline color.
