Function test abuse?

I want to check how abuse works with my hosting provider, i.e. get empirical answers to the questions:
1. Does it block from “simple” complaints.
2. Asks the complainant for details.
3. Immediately blocks access to the server or somehow contacts me.
4. How adequate are his proceedings with a complaint and how quickly the server is unblocked.
And the question is, what complaint is it better to check? Copyright for posted content? Sending spam?
Who has experience?

Say that they scan your asterisk, brute force accounts from such and such a sp,
they should just ask for a piece of logs ... or not ask =)
