fullrest api. What port is it running on?

Good afternoon, I'm learning about fullRest on yii2, namely, I'm trying to run this ( https://github.com/deerawan/yii2-advanced-api/tree... ). But for some reason there is no long-awaited answer, only the Not Found page (# 404) arrives.
Nginx runs on port 80, and Apache runs on 8080. Can rest use some other port?

It's not a problem with the port, do you have rules configured for urlManager'a?
What url are you trying to open?
Look at the Apache/nginx logs
Upd: throw off another directory structure
