Full width slider?

Several times I already met with the task - to make a slider for the entire width of the page, but so that the navigation is not along the edges of the image itself, but along the edges of the content area.
That is, I have, for example, content, it has a width of 1170px, and a screen width of 1600px. The width of the slider image will be 1600px, but the navigation arrows need to be on the edge of the border at 1170px.
Is there a ready-made solution for such a slider? Or tell me which way to think here

Try idangero.us/swiper very flexible tool. As an option, make a full-width slider, open a container inside it and add navigation to it, and then positioning in the context of the container.

Here in this one . On the Internet, just a ton of ready-made sliders: with arrows in the content, and vertical, and horizontal, and in position 69 - literally on the first pages of Google.
