FTP folder error. There is no access to the folder. (WinXP) How to fix the error?

Can't connect from Windows-XP explorer to FTP server. When you try to connect even before entering the login / password, it gives a message:

And before, everything worked. And now from the same computer through Google Chrome it starts up without any problems. The firewall is disabled by default. Turning off Windows Defender didn't help. There are no other programs blocking access.
