FTP does not immediately save the file, what should I do?

I work via FTP in notepad++
When I press the button to save a file, I see that it is being rewritten to the server through the panel in notepad.
After I go to the site I press CNTRL + F5 and the file does not change, it takes 3-4 minutes and lo and behold it has changed. But the most interesting thing is that it changes the JS files instantly and immediately sees the changes in them.
I tried to change browsers and clicked 20 times - CNTRL + F5 until the time passes, the file will not be updated.
PS The question is not simple, it may sound simple.

Alternatively, the server caches. See server settings, maybe you have PHP with Opcache
