In several front-end training videos, the context of which was that all projects are very similar to each other, I managed to hear the following phrase:

I no longer make up websites, I just collect them.

To be honest, I still don't know what that means.
Has the time come when you can abandon the usual layout and start simply assembling sites from ready-made modules, styling them a little? Please explain

I think it means assembly ala gulp - CSS transformation, JS concatenation, etc...
