From which services and how can I extract a thematic dump of geotagged photos?

There is an idea to use photo geotags (or rather, their number) to determine the attractiveness of different places (not term paper / diploma work :-). I easily found the exif utility and I can get and process geotags, but statistics require a large number of photos, and preferably on request - hashtag/city/etc.
Instagram and Vkontakte seem to store geotags, but it is not clear how to bulk download other people's photos from them.
Off-the-shelf gui programs for Windows and Linux are preferred, but tips on curl/wget or the services API might also be helpful. Thank you for your attention.

Instagram - it has an api with tag searches.
There is Twitter with its api - look for tweets with photos and geolocation.
For VK - take popular publics or just search for news with certain characteristics (there is a geolocation + photo or search by hashtag + photo)

I didn't deal with this, but offhand you can try flickr: https://www.flickr.com/services/api/

look also at foursquare
The number of photos in foursquare by geo-coordinates can also give you the attractiveness of places. Perhaps there you can still pull out likes or other data on the rating of geo-locations
