Today my hoster surprised me because he refused to sell a license for plesk up to 100 domains for 12 euros for my vps on my own dedicator. He said that he sells only with the installation on the Dedik itself.
Hence the question where can I buy a license for plesk 11 for my vps for a price of about 12-15 euros?
I did not find any resellers in Google.

I take in hatzner. I am writing a purchase request without installation, for VPS - there have never been problems.
