From websocket to tcp?

There is a server on tcp (port 771), you need to make a site for connection, I understand that for this you need to raise a proxy on the server that will forward messages from websocket to tcp, and back without closing the socket, while allowing multiple clients to connect at the same time (tcp socket is designed for this), what are ready-made programs for this, or scripts in python / bash or other languages?
There is no time to understand websocket yourself.
The server is running Ubuntu Server.
