From the first time the computer does not start after some time without power. What is the reason?

If you pull out the power cable, and after a while insert it and try to turn on the computer, then it starts after a machine-gun burst of pressing the power button, and sometimes even after you pull out the cable again and insert it right there, only after that, after a dozen button presses, it starts .
It also happens that simply if you press shutdown in the system, then in the morning it can also be started only after a long queue of pressing the button on.
What could be the reason? How can this be fixed? (The power button itself works properly, I tried to start it in 2 cases), also when closing the contacts manually, the computer seems to start up right away, or I was just lucky.

It is not necessary to change the block itself. I would suggest changing the electrolytic capacitors in the power supply.
Their oxide layer degrades without voltage, and recovers under voltage.
Moreover, the conder may not be swollen.
At the same time, go through the mother about swollen capacitors

Judging by the symptoms, namely, it does not turn on immediately, but after several attempts, the problem is in the capacitors.
Faulty capacitors in the power circuit - can be both in the power supply and on the mat itself. board.
As a result, we either find problematic capacitors and change them, it’s better to do everything at once, or we change the mat. board and/or PSU.

You need to replace the power supply.

There is a possibility that the problem is software and updating the BIOS will help. Otherwise - as already mentioned, try another power supply

Or maybe the button itself is trivially dead?
