Frequent category change in CNC address?

In the cards of the online store, the CNC consists of a category / name / id, each time the category changes, the entire url changes and a 301 redirect occurs to the same address, but with a new category. But since the categories change frequently, there is a constant change of address. I noticed that the search very often follows 301 redirects.
How best:
1. Record the original category and issue a permanent page with this saved category. Sometimes they don't fit, but 90% of the time they make sense.
2. Do not do 301 redirects at all and give the search the page that it requests. But then you can get different pages in different search engines, for the same product and duplicates will go.
It is impossible not to change the categories, the question is exactly what to do in such conditions.

If the CMS functionality allows, then in your case it is better to do CNC without specifying a category at all. Then no redirects will be needed, and the category can be changed as many times as desired.
