Freezing during heavy games. What's the reason?

Windows ten. Socket 775. A couple of ddr2 sticks. ancient wd 250gb.
There is a UPS. The week has begun. When playing heavy games, reboot after 15 minutes.
If surfing then less often.
There are bads on the screw and on smart it swears when loading.
Memory test? CPU 35-58 heats up.
Monitor nutrition? Or look for bloated conduits?
Replaced the screw and a new ten. RAM tests are still normal.
How to test voltage?

Well, if there are troubles, then there is a high probability that they have affected the system files and when they are accessed, a hang occurs.
But there may be problems with other hardware, so it doesn’t hurt to run Memtest, OCCT and Furmark.
Quite modest figures for socket 775, do you have a Celeron or just a good cooling system?
Of course, also inspect the conders, but they would give a different effect.
