Freeze Frame Toolkit not opening in After Effects?

Problem with Freeze Frame intro ToolKit v 2.0 plugin. I took it from shareae.com, did everything as written in the readme, and it appeared in the menu with extensions, next to Motion Bro, but when you click the plugin window does not appear. I tried to close and reopen other extensions - everything works, but the Freeze Frame intro ToolKit does not want to. After is worth 2019. Please help.

I have 2017,18,19,20 works only in 2018, yes there and in the description the requirement is 2018
