FreePBX Cellular number does not work, all settings are correct but there is no ref. and entrance. Who can help in more detail?

FreePBX has a corporate cell number added to outgoing and incoming trunks. Everything worked and suddenly at one point it just stopped working by itself. The settings are still the same but the number does not work.
If so, I can provide screenshots.
