Freepbx 13 outgoing recording not possible?

Good morning, colleagues. I apologize for the stupid question in the header, but the problem is the following.
PBX Firmware:10.13.66-12
PBX Service Pack:1.0.0.0
Outgoing call to any external number is recorded normally. If this call is transferred to an internal number, then the recording ends at the moment of transfer (Let's say we called from 101 to a cell phone and then transferred from 101 to 102). Extensions have a Yes call recording switch on external incoming and outgoing calls. On the internal records is Don't Care. Even if on all internal extensions all recording switches are set to Force (both internal and external calls), recording is not performed. In the CallRecording module, I set the recording on the trunks to the Force position - the recording is still not performed.
Googled this post , which says that this problem is in Asterisk 11, updated to 13 - the problem remained.
Tell me where I'm stupid, I feel that the problem is in me.
Updating
I try on Escene phones and PhonerLite softphones, I carry out the translation both by means of a phone or softphone and by means of Asterisk.
