Free VPS server with Windows?

Hello.
I'm about to open my own game server. For the initial setup, I want to try hosting it on a free VPS. The bottom line is that you need a VPS with Windows. The initial setup, according to my estimates, will take about six months (with beta testing).
Can you please tell me if there are such hostings in principle? Preferably without a map.
