You need VPN access to the company network.
Requirements.
1. Authorization by ad creds
2. dns suffix
support 3. static route support

Install OpenVPN\l2tp\PPTP\SSTP server and fasten AD authorization through the Windows "radius" service. Some of these servers are in Windows (the role of routing and something there), some are in any distro * nix.
But I would advise you to buy some licenses for openvpn ready server. This is a bunch of crutches immediately solves.

When running through RRAS, I won't be able to enable DNS suffix support. This option in DHCP does not work.
