Free up unused memory?

Hello everyone, there was a problem with the RAM on the server, the application began to consume more RAM than usual. Downloaded ANTS Memory Profiler and took a snapshot of memory and found that most of the memory is occupied - Unused memory allocated to .NET. Who can tell what is the problem? Framework .NET 4 is used
