Eagle Cad for sure. Limitation of the free version - 2 layers , area
100x80mm free version - 300 pins, 2 layers. Looks awesome in the video, but I haven't tried it myself.

CadSoft Eagle is perhaps the only worthy program. For home use, the free version is enough.
Sprint-layout is little more than a dedicated graphics editor. He, in my opinion, is completely unsuitable for such work.
