A technically unsavvy person is looking for a photo gallery engine that can be integrated into a website for an online photo contest.

Requirements*:

1. does not require additional. financial costs for the implementation of all items below;
2. provides the ability to send photos with descriptions, comments, etc. without registering;
3. has a widget for commenting;
4. has a customizable voting widget;
5. more or less safe, light and non-buggy;
6. preferably Russified;
7. has a convenient or at least customizable scrolling;
8. independently identifies and highlights the photos with the highest rating (would be amazing);
9. external design is editable;
10. has a convenient and understandable admin for the same technically mediocre person. region.

The engine may not be specialized, for example, news, but fit the criteria.
