free mysql for development

Hello! I would like to know if there is a free mysql server in nature? Moreover, it is needed only for the development stage (I know that it is easier to lift it in my car, but still).
Interested in something like Cloud9 (entered, launched, looked, turned off / turned off by itself).

I read about OpenShift, but did not understand how to organize it all using php.
