Can you advise her, please? Criteria: work under frey, preferably in jail. Paid ones are not suitable due to the small number of customers and the low probability that they will be greatly increased in the foreseeable future. So far, I've found Domain Technologie Control (DTC) , but it's kind of insane and overloaded with features (IMHO).

Recommended ISPConfig: not stated, but can be installed on FreeBSD .
ISPConfig (including the 3rd version) has Russian localization, but there is a problem with Russian documentation, there is a translated FAQ ISPConfig .
Alternatively, sysCP is a good panel and can be installed on FreeBSD .
