Free database services?

Good morning! I hope I've named the question more or less appropriately.
In general, I want to write a test application for now, and I need to store a little information somewhere on the side.
Can you please tell me if there are free services for such cases?

heroku.com had the ability to raise the database, I definitely raised PostgreSQL for myself.
