Free corporate portal engine?

Greetings.
There was a need for a corporate portal. The office is small, the requirements are modest, so you need something free.
Required functionality:
- User profiles
- Private messages
- News/Announcements
- Sections with documents/information
- Restriction of rights for some users on some sections
Please advise some options for free engines.

Wordpress + a couple of plugins.

If the budget is small, then Wordpress is quite suitable.
But in general, Drupal 7, 8 is more suitable for such tasks.
