Free Cloud hosting for a home project?

For a home project in Python + Flask, I plan to use GAE, I'm trying out alternatives in terms of hosting. I want a Cloud where you can raise Python + Flask with your own ORM or with the ability to raise PostgreSQL, with free quotas, so that you can point your domain so that you can register without a credit card (It seems that Amazon has free quotas, but when registering anyway asked to link the card.)

@Antelle

appfog has both python and postgres. I haven't tried it, but I have no problems with nodejs on a free account.

I did it easier, I had a good home laptop at home until a certain point, until the matrix (screen) was crushed, I decided not to repair the laptop, but to use it in a different direction, that is, to make a home server out of it, since there was still a laptop, a tablet in stock , PC. In general, I completely removed the lid with a broken matrix from the laptop, installed Linux, installed a script, a couple of settings with a router for the exterior, a dns script, domain delegation, and now the site is already online. Here you can check: sbb.pp.ua. There are no electricity costs, there are no problems with the blinking of the light either, since the laptop has its own battery + I also connected it to an uninterruptible power supply. As a result, what is a server, 320 gb disk, 4 gb of RAM, 2-x nuclear processor and a very quiet cooler, the laptop is just not audible, it does not heat up. But I did this only for the test, I'll check how long it lasts in working on the network. If everything is fine, I will continue to use it.
For everyone, I can provide my home hosting, for testing my sites, 150 mb each. Write to [email protected]
