Free analogue of tutum/docker cloud?

Not so long ago, on a toaster, in one of the questions I read a recommendation on the web interface for docker. One of the participants recommended tutum and everything was really good until a couple of days ago this Tutum announced that they would be open until May and then they would close. They suggested that everyone move to docker.cloud, and this is where the fun begins.
It is suggested to connect your own nodes to docker.cloud and pay 0.02\cents\hour\node, when there are 2-3 of them everything is quite decent, but when there are more than 20 of them, it is no longer interesting.
I began to look at third-party solutions like rancher and found that they simply do not have the redeploy function as in Tutum, that is, to start a fresh container and redeploy the application, you need to do
1. stop
2. clone
3. remove
4. purge
5. start new one
Does anyone know a free analogue of tutum\docker.cloud and in general who uses what today to manage a large number of containers and nodes?
