An important point is the ability to manually edit texts, i.e. not only generation by comments.

I tried a lot of things, in the end I had to stop at manual documentation in Confluence. All documentation autogenerators, such as JSDoc, etc. there are no options for inserting images into the description and more advanced formatting.
