Framework for building a system with plug-ins in C

Good afternoon. There is a project written in C, I want to remake the client part - so that instead of a monolithic program there is a bunch of plug-ins + a core. Googled it, found only c-pluff in C. Are there other frameworks in C in nature for similar tasks?

I haven't seen any other big ones. Usually they either write it themselves or take it.
