Forwarding management Vlan from cisco to mikrotik?
There is a cisco sg300 switch which mikrotik CCR is connected to port 20. In trunk VLAN ID 1,10,15,20.
Vlan=1 is the default management vlan from cisco. The control address hangs base 192.168.1.254.
It seems that with the rest of the VLan I have no problems with routing from devices behind Mikrotik. And I can't connect to the switch from the network behind Mikrotik (network 192.168.2.0/24). At the same time, host 192.168.1.254 is pinged from Mikrotik. Where can there be an error in the configuration? Or something needs to be configured on cisco for access from other networks?

In general, vlan 1 is a very bad idea, is a bad form rule, and as far as I know, cisco does not recommend using it.
Is the router the same Mikrotik?
and what will we have if we make a trace on both sides? where will the plug be?
do they have a common gateway? and I would like a Mikrotik config
