Forwarding emails in Exchange 2013/2016. How to setup?

Implemented exchange 2016, everything is fine. Except for one crap. Email forwarding doesn't work.
This is not a forwarding to another mailbox, but a redirection with the original sender's address
. The user selects "redirect" in the Bat's pop-box.
Writes
5.7.60 SMTP; Client does not have permissions to send as this sender
Or is this not possible at all on exchange?
google is silent

Hello
Most likely, you need to give the right to send on behalf of the desired user

I tried different stuff there.
But letters come from heaps of external addresses.

You need to enable anonymous sending for internal IP addresses - it's better to create a separate receive connector.
