Forwarding a separate SCSI device to a guest machine in KVM?

There is a server with Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.7. On it, under KVM, several virtual machines are spinning, into one of which it is necessary to forward the tape library. The library is connected via FC, I can’t forward the HBA as a whole device inside the virtual machine, since the host is connected to the array through it. A google search says this issue was unresolved as of November 2010, would like to know if there is a solution now?
