Tell me, please, is there any version of the forum with the ability to create an auction topic?
PhpBB + auction - as far as I googled, all versions are still terribly full of holes and breaking the forum through them is not a problem.

I'm not entirely sure how much forum functionality you need, but almost every major CMS has an auction.
For example:
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/e-commerce/auction
drupal.org/project/uc_auction
Accordingly, there are forum plugins both there and there.
Although it is worth noting that if you are interested in increased security, then you should look towards paid and well-supported auctions. Since free CMS break much more often due to their prevalence.
