Form search by age (from and to)?

What is the best way to implement it in your opinion? Possible options are:
1. [text input] to [text input] (can be replaced with type=number)
2. [select] to [select]
3. Slider / TrackBar ( jqueryui.com/demos/slider/#range)

The third option eliminates the ability to set the beginning of the range greater than the end of the range (for example, from 60 years to 20 years)

Combined first and third, here is an example:

Make selects, this is the simplest option, everyone is used to it from the same contact and similar networks.

The question is what needs to be done. Obvious/effective(selects) or Comfortable(slider)
The Taliban speaks volumes. Users are used to selects. And that would be the preferred option.

Additional question. Is it worth it in the case of options 1 and 2, when changing the first field, set the same value to the second (if it has not been changed by the user before)?

Clicking with the mouse is much easier than typing, so it's not just a matter of habit. Even those who are not afraid to press a couple of keys will sometimes be glad to be able to deal with the input, leaning back in their chair, with a couple of clicks. And in this case the select is more universal and more reliable.
