Forgot pattern on tablet. How to restore access?

Sorry, if it's completely off topic, but I can't google anything fluently. I forgot my password - entering a username does not help, because two-step authorization. I can’t see the application password in my Google account - they only offer to revoke it. The Internet on the laptop is (via 3G) on the tablet is not. I really don't want to reset it to hard reset. Any ideas?
