Foreground service. How to properly handle the MY_PACKAGE_REPLACED intent?

Catch through a receiver.
Submit to service.
Remove notifications.
Schedule a task in 10-30 seconds.
To complete.

After the task is triggered, raise it again.

Is there an easier way? Not to contact a sheduler?
