For what tasks should you use node.js, and for which phyton?

Good afternoon, I have long had the idea to create a service for parsing certain sites and analyzing information from them.
Previously developed in php - back-end. Now I decided to take another programming language, because I just want to try to do something in another. The choice fell either on python with it, I am very superficially familiar, and on the node platform, with js, I have been working on the client for quite some time.
I would like to hear for which tasks this or that other language is more suitable, so to speak, for which specifics of software it is more convenient to develop on phyton, and for which one on node.js
PS Demand in the labor market does not play a role for me, I choose only for my tasks

Both Python and JavaScript are general purpose languages ​​and are completely interchangeable. The only thing Python has that JS doesn't have is interoperability with C/C++. But since this is not necessary for your tasks, you can make a choice based on personal preferences.
