For what reasons does VK prohibit the display of a video embedded on the site without authorization? Can we expect this restriction to be lifted?

Videos are open and embed normally on other sites.

Closed videos usually ask for authorization this way. for example 18+

Perhaps to de-anonymize the viewers of the videos. For targeted advertising, for example. Or just so the FSB said to do it.
