For what reason can RDP not work on windows server 2008 R2?

As I reinstall Dedik, after a few days , the ability to connect to the server via remote desktop constantly and unexpectedly disappears. The error is standard - like "the remote computer is turned off".
Although through third-party remote connection software everything works fine at this time.
I reinstall the system - a few days later the same thing starts again. Although at first the remote desktop connects fine.
What could be the problem in my case?
