For what reason can Proxycap 5.27 x64 not work on windows server 2012 r2?

I tried both with the key and with the test version. I've been using it for half a year. Now once, and stopped working. Everything is set up, proxies work through browser settings. Proxycap to no avail. Even in the log nothing is written.
