For the study of which PL to take?

Hi all!
I’ve broken my head already (
I want to start learning programming, but for now I’m only learning which programming language to choose.
The goals are:
I want to write both front and back, mainly websites (for example, platforms for joint purchases) and simple applications for smartphones.
Like PHP for this it's a matter of course, but they write a lot that the language is becoming obsolete, etc.
Python?
Ruby?
Js, Node.js?
Kotlin?
Where to look, taking into account that I will only enter a couple of years?
Help, please.

If before that you were familiar with imperative languages, then you should familiarize yourself with some of the functional programming languages (FP). Even if it's just to get ideas.

I want to start learning programming, but so far I'm only learning which programming language to choose.
It is necessary to start somewhere and select further, based on preferences and the situation.
