For some reason, when you turn on the PC, there is a black screen, no keyboard indicator is on, no squeak?

When you turn on the PC, there is no image on the screen, the cooler on the CPU and in the PSU just spins. Conders on the motherboard and on the PSU are intact.
The keyboard indicator does not blink during boot, and does not light up. The mouse laser lights up when the PC is turned on. BIOS loading at startup is not shown.
Replacing the battery did not help, the keyboard from ps / 2 to usb changed no result. Pulling out the RAM did not help (changed places, installed one bar at a time). Tried another monitor, didn't help either.
Does it mean that one of the bridges on the motherboard has come or is coming to an end?
I don’t understand where to dig further = /
The user claims that when he rapes the PC for 40 minutes, it turns on.
The PC is old (I don’t remember the characteristics now, but the ddr2 strips)

Throw up the squeaker. Leave on the mother only percent. Does it squeak? If it doesn't beep, throw another bp. With another bp did not squeak - throw another percent. It didn’t squeak either - Khan’s mother.
Immediately squeaked - toss the oz. Count the squeaks, how many are long - how many are short. To Google. If about vidyuhu - throw vidyuhu. If the picture does not appear / the squeak has not changed - wipe the slot and contacts on the video card with alcohol. It did not help - throw another vidyuhu.
