Font licenses for Google Web Fonts

In the Google Web Fonts add font form, there are three options to choose from:

  • SIL Open Font License v1.1
  • Apache 2.0
  • Another open source license

Do I understand correctly that according to all these licenses, the added font must also be provided in the form of source codes?
If not, then tell me if there is such a license for fonts that falls under the definition of an “open source license”, which allows you to restrict commercial use and not post the font in the source code?

PS Well, it's interesting what's the catch of minus the question and karma.

@asm0dey

Perhaps the joke is that "open source" is translated as "open source"? open source != free
