Font-face + opera = glitches?

I designed the site to refuse images using font-face, but the customer recently complained that the text was missing in the opera. Another person also complained about this, then his glitch disappeared. 2 complaints from different people make you think. Here's what it looks like for them.

Web fonts do not work in Opera for Windows users whose name in the system has Russian letters. In fact, we can assume that web fonts don't work at all in Opera.

The font is in SVG, but the literal horiz-adv-x properties are empty? The opera itself does not calculate the width of the characters, and they disappear.
