Flowplayer and files with Russian names?

Friends, tell me - does flowplayer generally support Russian file names?
The situation is this: there is a flowplayer, there is an audio plugin for it. When trying to open the abc.mp3 file, the plugin gives an error org.flowplayer.audio::AudioProvider: Unable to load audio file: Error #2032
I'm testing on a Win7 local machine. I changed the encoding to utf-8 and to cp1251 - nothing.
What can be wrong?
