Flowchart software?

I am looking for a program for quick and easy construction of flowcharts and other data visualization. I would like to see something similar to gliffy.com, but in the desktop version.
Requirements: freeware, win.

I use XMind and VUE (Visual uderstanding environment) interchangeably.
Both are cross-platform, free and fairly easy to learn, especially VUE.

AgroUML - there are any types of diagrams, including flow charts, they are somehow specially called Uml there, I forgot.
