Flow-based programming with React.js?

How to implement Flow-based programming in React?
Are there any ready-made solutions or a guide for custom solutions?
The very essence is that the user can create blocks and links between blocks, each block is some kind of entity, and as a result json was created with a set of blocks and links.
I tried to look for something on the Internet, or actually a lot, but there is nothing on React, even noFlo which is on js, works on node.js, which I don’t have, back on another technology.
I will be glad to advice or infe.
