Flow and figure drawing?

I create a thread, I throw the function of drawing a figure into it, after calling the thread with the Start () method, the figure is not drawn for some reason, more precisely, it is drawn and immediately disappears, does anyone know why?

The question immediately arises - how do you draw a figure?
Preliminary reasons:
- non-observance of thread-safe access to control;
- arbitrary refresh of the control on which drawing is performed.
